How does asset-based pricing work?
Each plan includes a cap on actively tracked assets, anything with a registry record. Retired or archived assets don't count against your limit. If you outgrow a tier, upgrading is instant and pro-rated.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, Starter and MDD Suite plans include a 14-day free trial with full feature access, no credit card required.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes, at any time from your billing settings. Annual billing is discounted 20% and is billed once per year.
What counts as an admin seat?
Any user with login access to the Assetra console. Employees who only appear as asset custodians don't require a seat.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or education?
Yes, contact sales for a 30% discount on MDD Suite and Enterprise plans for verified nonprofit and education organizations.
